Fresh Teams is a Professional Services Automation (PSA) application used internally at Fresh Consulting. Contributed from inception by helping shape the original concept and developing the initial Django backend. Later led a backend rewrite in Node.js, redesigned the API and database schema, and set up GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes environments with Terraform. Implemented CI/CD, OAuth, local development tooling, and backend testing with Jest. Delivered major features including admin tools, G Suite sync, and global search using trigram and Jaccard similarity. Also led frontend architecture improvements with a major MobX state management refactor and provided DevOps training and onboarding support.
